About parts
I cannot find the part I need
Write to ricambi@tunnelverde.it with the model and a photo of the part: we look for it, and if we find it, it joins the catalogue.
My model is not among the eight
For now the drawings cover eight models. Many parts fit several models of the same family: each part says which ones.
How do I know it really fits?
The list only shows parts compatible with the chosen model. If it arrives and does not fit, the return is on us.
Do you ship outside Italy?
Yes, to the EU and the UK, in 3 to 5 working days.
